Proximity Tags

No user can change or delete any other user‟s proximity tag. (A

Master User or Admin User can register a proximity tag for a new

user when they first add the user to the system, see page 56.)

Any user except a Guard or Set Only user can register a tag for

themselves as follows:

1. Make sure the display shows

the standby screen.





2. Press .





3. Key in your access code (or

present a tag).





4. Press  .





If you are a Master or Admin User:

(otherwise go to step 6)

5. Press .





c) Press  or . until the

bottom line of the display

shows your own user name or

number.





d) Press .

e) Press  or . until the

bottom line of the display

shows:

f) Go on to step 8.
